Epping Industria 2 was built within the confines of Bolfors Circle.
Epping is situated in the Northern Suburbs, with most properties and areas in Epping zoned as General Industrial 1. The strategic location of Epping makes it the highly sought-after area that it is. It is conveniently between the N1 and N2 and also the N7. The N1 and N2 are the main arterial routes in Cape town, and the N7 links the N1 and N2 in a north-south direction. Thus, the easy access and proximity to the major roadways and the availability of most forms of public transport make Epping an ideal location to establish industrial businesses.
Most of the roads in Epping 1 and 2 were named either after Royal Navy Admirals or war artillery. Almost all of the roads are named in alphabetical order as well, adding to Epping’s uniquenes
